A youth and family center at 6 Arc Place, Staten Island. Open seven days a week. Come this Friday and walk through all of it: nothing to sign, nothing to pay, and nobody will ask you to join anything.

Friday Nights and Family Sundays are free whether you join or not. That is deliberate and it is not changing. Membership is how families who can afford it keep the building open for families who cannot.
