NEXGEN is not something a small staff builds for a community. It is infrastructure a community builds for itself. A doctor can mentor. A chef can run a cooking program. A filmmaker can make a show. A parent can help on Sunday. Pick the one that matches what you actually have.
Not sure which one you are?
Then start with mentoring and say what you do for a living. It is the widest door, the answers route themselves, and if what you described is really a program or a show we will tell you, you will not be sent back to fill in a different form.
The difference
Each one owns a different job.
They overlap in real life, plenty of people do two. But each door leads somewhere specific, and knowing which is which saves you a conversation.
