What we're building, and how you'll know it worked.
We are early. Rather than claim results we do not have, here is the plan, and the things we have promised to count.
One community home
Four rooms on Staten Island, open to every stage of life. Programs, studios, wellness and Friday nights under one roof.
What we will count
Families who come back. Young people with a mentor who knows them. People who arrive as visitors and end up running something.
What we have counted so far
Nothing yet. Programs have only just started running, and a number published before it means anything is worse than no number.
A model others can use
If this works here, the useful thing to share is not a building. It is how it was run — and that only gets written down once NEXGEN has actually done it.
When there are real numbers, they replace this page. Until then it stays a plan, labelled as one.
